AMA is a model, and talented singer who doesn’t like the limitations of defining her musical style. In her own words, "I just want to make music that makes people feel good". The 19 year old is signed to Dirty Hit records, and her debut EP SCREENLUV has just landed. ‘Cluttered Mind’, a song about an obsessive new love, is the second track on the record. Playful, cartoon-like jazzy synth sounds invite you in, followed by AMA’s thick, oozy vocals and a clackety electronic beat. The sub bass bounces, adding a dirty London edge and the layered vocals are reminiscent of Destiny’s Child in their catchy melody and intonation. AMA is ambitious in her endeavours as she aims to travel, perform and create freely. She says that the best advice she has been given is to “always challenge myself and think about how things can evolve, grow and develop.” -Ellie Rose Davies
